I created this spec project as part of my application for a social media role at Courier Newsroom.
The goal was to demonstrate my ability to understand their brand voice, visual style, and content strategy, and to show that I can produce platform-ready content that fits seamlessly into their existing feed.
Every post in this project was independently researched, written, designed, and formatted by me with no brief, no templates, no direction. Just a deep dive into their brand and a showcase of what I'd bring to the team.
Courier Newsroom is a digital media organization that produces local news and civic-focused content designed to inform and engage communities across the United States. Their content spans politics, policy, healthcare, education, and the issues that directly impact everyday Americans, distributed primarily through social media and digital platforms.
